Ages 8 and up
This class offers classically-rooted modern technique and the opportunity to engage in movement research.
Ages 6 (Pre-Jazz) and Up
Jazz will focus on learning proper dance technique and terminology, such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality, and developing complex rhythms and patterns. Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz such as Broadway, Street, and Contemporary to help develop a well rounded dancer. Fun, clean music is used to help the energy and fitness.
Stretch & Strengthen
For Ballet Level 6/7
Dancers will work on properly stretching and building muscle awareness. Pilates, yoga, progressive training, and other techniques will be used.
Ages 6 (Pre-Tap) and Up
Tap is a style of American theatrical dance, distinguished by percussive footwork and rhythms. Our tap classes stress the basics of tap while also teaching musicality, history, and rhythm. Try tap for fun and fitness.
For Teens and Adults
This is for the dancer who has ballet technique experience but does not see themselves on the path of the Classical Ballet Training Program. This is a full class of techically sound dancers. They will be challenged and grow as they find love in just the art of ballet.
